EMPIRE 951, founded by Jacobie Bluhm, is a competitive hip-hop dance program rooted in discipline, purpose, and performance excellence. Built to empower youth through movement, EMPIRE 951 trains dancers to lead with integrity, grow through challenge, and represent their team and community with pride. Our rehearsals are held weekly, and in that time the students experience high-level instruction, competitive experience, and intentional mentorship. EMPIRE 951 is more than a team — it’s a foundation for future leaders in and beyond the dance world.
